USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) Ship Patch Size: 4 1/2" In Stock: >5 Price: $7.00 Named in honor of America's 34th President and former General of the Army, her keel was laid on 15 August 1970, launched on 11 October 1975, and commissioned on 18 October 1977 at her home-port of NAS Norfolk, VA. Although deployed in 1998 with CVW-17 for a Med/Persian Gulf cruise, she returned 9 Dec 1998 and switched airwings to CVW-7. She has entered the yards for a $17 Million overhaul so she doesn't have any airwing assigned at them moment.

USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) Ship Patch Size: 4 1/2" In Stock: >5 Price: $7.00 The Navy's fourth nuclear-powered carrier is named for the late congressman from the great State of Georgia. The keel for the "Starship Vinson" was laid on 11 October 1975, launched on 15 March 1980, and commissioned on 13 March 1982. Her home-port is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. She deployed late 1998 on a WestPac/Arabian Gulf cruise, and returned in May of 1999 to her home-port.
